At Mom’s Desi Kitchen we are committed to offering cooking classes in the most authentic North Indian cuisine. Below is a list of some of the menu items that I plan to teach in the cooking classes. As you perhaps know, North Indian cooking is rich in variety and the variations that one can introduce in cooking are diverse. We will continue to add more items to the menu so that we can provide a most enriching cooking experience.
